LeBron Raymone James Sr. (born on December 30, 1984) is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). King James, he's widely thought of as the best player of all-time and often compared Michael Jordan during debates about the best basketball player ever. James has taken home four NBA championships four NBA MVP award four NBA Finals MVP awards three All-Star MVP awards and two Olympic gold medals. James has earned the second greatest number of goals in his career and seventh-highest assists. He has been selected as an NBA All Star 18 times. James is a member of 18 NBA All-Stars, 18 All-NBA Teams, and Five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. The ten NBA Finals is the most ever. He has also won eight times in succession between 2011 and 2018. In 2018 He was also picked to join The NBA 75th Anniversary team. In 2021, James was chosen to join the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, and in 2022, he became the very first player of NBA history to accumulate 10,000 points or more in a career rebounds and assists. James played basketball in St. Vincent St. Mary High School, which is located in his home town in Akron Ohio and was heavily advertised by national media for his potential as an NBA star. He was a top pick for the Cleveland Cavaliers selected him with the top pick in the NBA draft in 2003. He was voted the NBA most promising rookie in the 2004. Soon he became one of the premier athletes of the NBA and was awarded an NBA MVP Award twice in the years 2009 and 2010. James did not win a title with Cleveland and then left Cleveland in 2010 as a "free agent" in 2010. The move was revealed in the TV special The Decision.
