Lindsey Vonn, an American athlete born on the 18th of October 1984, won the gold medal in the 2010 Winter Olympics for downhill ski race. Her name is a second place in the world for super scores amongst female or male skiers. She's one of the most famous and most loved skiers in history. Caroline Vonn, also known by the name Lindsey Vonn, is an American World Cup alpine racer that is part of the US Ski Team. She was the winner of four World Cups. The athlete that has earned a name for herself within American culture. Six women have been the only ones to win the five World Cup alpine ski events. She won the World Cup 82 times. She is one of the best skiers and racers in the US. The onset of a series of health issues have led to this Four-time World Cup Overall Champion to decide that she would retire. Four-time World Cup overall champion announced her retirement via social media. In the coming week, I'll compete in my final races in my professional career at the Downhill World Championships, as also the SG World Championships held in Re Sweden.
