Lindsey Vonn (born 18 Oct 1984) is an ex-retired American alpine ski champion who won gold in downhill at the Winter Olympics 2010. She has the second-highest super score among skiers male or female. She is among the world's greatest skiers as well as the most popular american skier. Caroline Vonn, a World Cup winning alpine skier from the United States with the nickname Lindsey Vonn represents the US Ski Team. She has won 4 World Cups. She is one of the most well-known athletes throughout American history. Only six women have won the five World Cup alpine ski events. They have won an impressive 82 World Cup titles in all. The best skier on the planet, and most successful American racer in ski racing have announced their retirement after their participation in the World Championship in Sweden. She retired after a long list of health issues. Social media was her way to announce her retirement. Next week I'll compete in the final race of my professional career at the Downhill as well as the SG World Championships in Re Sweden.
